We are all BEWILDERED… in different aspects of our lives.. some in career, some in love, and etc. etc. At times this bewilderedness gives us panic attacks too! It makes us go crazy.. right!
That is when we need to be calm and help ourselves! It is the time when one should sit down and just think about what is actually bothering them.. write it down on paper and then analyse the whole thing! Keeping anything within, something that is bothering them would kill them everyday! Take it out from within, pull it from it’s roots and don’t let it bother you!
Be selfish, think about your happiness first and remove bewilderedness!
